For nationwide deliveries, our courier will follow their usual delivery procedure if no one is available to receive the parcel. We recommend choosing a delivery date when someone is likely to be home and keeping an eye on your delivery tracking.

If you’re sending a balloon as a surprise, please make sure the recipient’s delivery details are correct and include a contact number where possible.

Absolutely. Your balloon gift can include a personal message presented in a little envelope and attached to the balloon inside the box, making the surprise feel even more special and personal.

Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date when ordering. For nationwide Balloon in a Box orders, we may arrange delivery a day earlier where possible to help avoid courier delays — don’t worry, our balloons are designed to stay looking beautiful for days.

If your order is particularly time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering and we can advise on the best delivery option.

We recommend ordering at least two working days in advance. As each balloon is prepared and personalised to order, a little notice helps us make everything perfect. If you need something sooner, please contact us and we’ll always do our best to help.

Yes. Our balloon bouquets are available for local delivery, mainly across West and South West London. If you’re outside our usual delivery area, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to check availability and provide a delivery quote.

Smaller bouquets of up to three balloons may also be available for nationwide delivery when they can be safely packaged in one of our delivery boxes.

A Balloon in a Box is a helium-filled balloon delivered beautifully presented and ready to surprise. Your balloon arrives fully inflated, so there’s nothing to assemble — simply open the box and enjoy.

Absolutely. Many of our balloons can be personalised with a name, age, date or special message. We also place your personal gift message inside a little envelope and attach it to the balloon or balloon bouquet — a lovely finishing touch, especially when sending directly to someone special.

Our balloons are designed to be enjoyed for much longer than just the day of your celebration. Depending on the balloon type and how it is stored, many will look beautiful for several days, with some styles lasting up to two weeks. For the best results, keep your balloon indoors at room temperature and away from direct sunlight, radiators and extreme temperatures.

Yes. Our Balloon in a Box range can be delivered across the UK, making it easy to send a personalised balloon surprise even when you can’t be there yourself. Selected smaller balloon bouquets may also be suitable for nationwide delivery when they can be safely packaged in one of our delivery boxes.
